    On many models like the TVPS1-63T, press and hold the designated 'Up' arrow (▲) key for about 12 seconds until 'PASS' appears. Then enter the password (default is often 000 to 111) and press 'SET' to confirm the reset.

  • How do I pair my TAXNELE device with the Tuya/Smart Life app?

    Enable Bluetooth on your phone and open the Tuya or Smart Life app. Press and hold the WiFi key on the TAXNELE device for 5 seconds until the indicator flashes. The app should discover the device automatically. Ensure your WiFi is set to 2.4GHz.

  • Can I adjust the over-voltage en onder-voltage protection limits?

    Yes. Press the 'SET' button for 5 seconds to enter the parameter setup mode. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the protection parameters (Over Voltage or Under Voltage) and adjust the values according to your local requirements.
