How do I pair my Widex Sound Assist with my hearing aids?
Restart your hearing aids to put them in pairing mode. Then, press and hold the volume up (+) button and the power/mode button on the Sound Assist simultaneously for 3 seconds until the light indicators glow blue. Keep devices within 1 meter of each other.

What do the lights on the Widex charger indicate?
A flashing white light means the charger is connected. A solid yellow light indicates the hearing aid is being detected. A flashing green light means the battery is charging (low). A glowing green light means the battery is charging (>40%). A solid green light indicates a full charge.

How do I connect my Widex hearing aids to a computer?
You can use the Widex SoundConnect USB dongle. Plug it into your PC, restart your hearing aids to enter pairing mode, and press the button on the SoundConnect until it flashes blue to pair.
