Algemene vrae oor handleidings, registrasie en ondersteuning vir hierdie handelsmerk.
-
How do I pair my PUREMIC wireless microphone to the receiver?
Turn on the receiver and put the microphone in pairing mode by pressing the required keys (often Volume+ and Power). Keep the mic within 30mm of the receiver until the indicator lights show a solid connection (usually solid blue and white).
-
Why is there no sound coming from my PUREMIC microphone?
Ensure the microphone is powered on, fully charged, and properly paired with the receiver. Also, verify that the receiver is securely connected to your speaker or TV's designated auxiliary audio input and the volume is turned up.
-
What type of charger should I use for a PUREMIC microphone?
Most PUREMIC microphones can be charged using a standard mobile phone charger or power bank that supports a 5V/1A or 5V/2A USB output. Do not use high-voltage fast chargers unless supported.
-
How does the vocal elimination feature work on PUREMIC PartyBox?
PUREMIC's vocal elimination feature digitally suppresses the original vocals from the playing track to make room for your singing. Long press the 'Sound Effects' button on your microphone to activate or deactivate this feature during karaoke.
