  Remove the packaging, soak the cartridge in cold water for 15 minutes, and shake it lightly to release air bubbles. Then insert it into the jug and filter water 3 times (discarding the water) before drinking.

• How often should I replace the Bi-flux filter cartridge?

  To ensure optimal filtration performance and safety, it is recommended to replace the filter cartridge every 150 liters or every 30 days, whichever comes first.

• What should I do if I see dark particles in the filtered water?

  Small dark particles are harmless residues of the vegetable carbon used in the filter. To remove them, repeat the initial preparation process by soaking and flushing the filter again.

• Can I wash the reusable vacuum bags?

  Yes, LAICA reusable vacuum bags can be washed by hand with mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reusing them.

• Can I filter hot water with LAICA jugs?

  No, you should never filter hot water. Use only cold mains water, as temperatures above 35°C can damage the filter components.
