To restart your boiler, press the 'RESTART' button located on the control panel. The boiler will repeat its ignition sequence. If the boiler frequently requires restarting, contact a Gas Safe Registered Engineer.
An 'L 2' fault code indicates an ignition lockout. This can happen if the condensate pipe is frozen, the gas supply is interrupted, or other gas appliances are not working. Check your gas supply and try restarting the boiler. If the issue persists, contact support.
Locate the filing loop underneath the boiler. Ensure the boiler is turned off. Open the two valves on the filling loop until the pressure gauge reads between 1.0 and 1.5 bar, then close the valves tightly. Do not over-pressurise.
