Connect to the recorder serial console using a tool like uCon. In the main menu, select [H] to set the RTC time, then enter the current time in the format YYMMDDHHMMSS and press [Enter].
In GeoDAS, go to Settings > Messenger. Check the box for 'SMS service using cellular modem', select the correct COM port and baud rate, then restart GeoDAS. You can then assign recipient lists in the Station Status Info settings.
