Download the Energeeks 3.0 app, connect your phone to a 2.4GHz WiFi network, press and hold the camera's reset button until you hear a beep, and follow the in-app instructions to scan the QR code.
Energeeks devices require a 2.4GHz WiFi network for the initial setup process. Once your device is successfully paired and installed, you can switch your phone back to a 5GHz network or use mobile data for remote access.
The standard warranty period is 36 months for general consumers. For professional or commercial use cases, the warranty is limited to 6 months. This covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
