Dear Anex Team,
We are experiencing an issue with our Anex IQ stroller and would appreciate your assistance.
We have these height adapters that were previously attached to the frame, and we used them with the bassinet without any problems. After removing the bassinet, we installed the seat unit (stroller seat) without the adapters.
However, the height adapters are now stuck in the seat unit, and we are unable to remove them. We have tried pulling them out, but they do not come off.
Could you please advise how to safely remove these adapters? If possible, we would appreciate it if you could send us instructions or a guide.
