You can update the firmware via a TF Memory Card by navigating to the downloaded firmware file, or perform a FOTA online update by connecting the Ai Box to the internet and clicking the Software Update icon. Do not disconnect the power during the 7-10 minute update process.
On the iHeylinkit Ai Box system desktop, click on the 'Return vehicle' icon to switch to your vehicle's original system screen. To return to the Ai Box system, click the Apple CarPlay icon on the original car interface.
Delete the previously connected CarPlay devices list on both your car and your mobile phone. If the Ai Box shows a solid blue LED but cannot access the home menu, restore it to factory settings, then unplug and plug the device back in.
There are two methods: You can insert a local carrier SIM card to provide an independent 4G network connection, or activate your mobile phone's Wi-Fi hotspot and connect your Ai Box to it via the Settings menu.
