It is compatible with both Apple's "Find My" network and Google's "Find My Device" network, offering broad compatibility for users. Please note that the tracker can only be connected to one system at a time. 1.1. Initial Reset (Required for First Use or Switching Systems)

Before pairing or switching between iOS and Android, the device must be reset. Follow these steps:

  1. Press and hold the button on the tracker. Do not release it.
  2. After approximately 3 seconds, you will hear a short "beep". Continue holding the button.
  3. After approximately 10 seconds, you will hear a long "beep". Release the button immediately after this long beep.
  4. Two short beeps will then sound, indicating a successful reset.

Note: This reset procedure must be performed while the device is powered on.

2. Bedryfsinstruksies

2.1. Locating Nearby Items

If your item is within Bluetooth range, you can make your ATUVOS Smart Air Tag Card emit a loud sound (80-100 decibels) to help you find it. This is useful for locating items hidden nearby, such as under a couch or in another room.

  1. Open the "Find My" app (iOS) or "Find My Device" app (Android).
  2. Select your ATUVOS tracker from the list of items.
  3. Tap the "Play Sound" or "Make it ring" option.

2.2. Locating Distant Items

For items outside Bluetooth range, the ATUVOS Smart Air Tag Card leverages the vast Apple "Find My" or Google "Find My Device" networks. Hundreds of millions of devices in these networks can detect your tracker and securely relay its location to you, allowing you to see its last known position on a map.

  1. Open the "Find My" app (iOS) or "Find My Device" app (Android).
  2. Select your ATUVOS tracker.
  3. The app will display the tracker's last known location on a map. You can then get directions to that location.

2.3. "Left Behind" Alerts (iOS Only)

The Apple "Find My" app can notify you if you leave your ATUVOS Smart Air Tag Card behind. This feature is currently only available for iOS devices.

  1. In the Apple "Find My" app, select your ATUVOS tracker.
  2. Enable the "Notify When Left Behind" option in the item settings.

2.4. Verlore Modus

If your ATUVOS Smart Air Tag Card is lost, you can activate Lost Mode in either the Apple "Find My" or Google "Find My Device" app. When activated, you will be automatically notified if your tracker is detected by another device in the network.

  1. Open the "Find My" app (iOS) or "Find My Device" app (Android).
  2. Select your ATUVOS tracker.
  3. Activate "Lost Mode" and follow the prompts to enter contact information if desired.

2.5. Sharing Your Tracker

Both Android and iOS 17 (or later) devices allow you to share your ATUVOS tracker with up to 5 other participants within the respective "Find My Device" or "Find My" apps. This enables multiple trusted contacts to view the item's location on a map.

  3. A solid green light indicates that the device is fully charged.

4. Probleemoplossing

4.1. Device Not Pairing

If your ATUVOS Smart Air Tag Card is not pairing with your device:

  1. Ensure the tracker is fully charged.
  2. Perform a full reset of the device as described in Section 1.1.
  3. Verify that Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone or tablet.
  4. Make sure you are using the correct app: Apple "Find My" for iOS or Google "Find My Device" for Android.
  5. If previously paired with another device or system, ensure it has been successfully unpaired/dissociated from that device first.

4.2. Cannot Switch Between iOS and Android

To switch your ATUVOS Smart Air Tag Card from an iOS device to an Android device, or vice-versa, you must first dissociate the tracker from the currently connected system. Then, perform a full reset (Section 1.1) before attempting to pair it with the new system.

4.3. No "Left Behind" Alerts on Android

The "Left Behind" alert functionality is currently only supported by the Apple "Find My" network for iOS devices. Google's "Find My Device" network does not yet support this feature.

4.4. Privacy Concerns

For privacy reasons, both the Google "Find My Device" and Apple "Find My" networks are encrypted and anonymous. Location data and history are not stored on the ATUVOS Smart Air Tag Card itself, ensuring your privacy.
