  • SSR Output: Connect to Solid State Relay (SSR) for heater control.
  • 220VAC Output: Direct 220VAC output for heater control (if not using SSR).
  • 100-240VAC Input: Main power supply for the thermostat.
  • Termokoppel-invoer: Connect K, E, J, or N type thermocouple for temperature sensing.

3.2 Bedradingsdiagramme

Refer to the following diagrams for proper connection of the thermostat with a heater and thermocouple.

Belangrik: Always ensure correct polarity for thermocouple connections. Incorrect wiring can lead to inaccurate readings or damage to the unit. It is recommended to install a fuse for circuit protection.

4. Bedryfsinstruksies

The CJG-9000 thermostat offers two primary working modes. Users can select the desired mode within the controller settings.

4.1 Working Mode 1: Time-Based Heating

In this mode, upon power-on, the timer starts counting, and heating begins. When the set time elapses, heating stops.

Example: If a user needs to seal a packing bag on a heater for 10 seconds, they would set the timer to 10 seconds. The heater will activate for 10 seconds and then turn off.

4.2 Working Mode 2 (Default): Temperature-Controlled Timing

This is the default mode. Upon power-on, heating begins. Once the measured temperature reaches the set temperature value, the timer starts counting. When the set time elapses, an alarm buzzer in the controller will activate to notify the user.

Example: For drying materials at 70°C for 10 minutes:

  1. Connect a heater to the temperature controller.
  2. Set the desired temperature value to 70°C.
  3. Set the timer value to 10 minutes.
  4. When the temperature is below 70°C, the controller outputs 220V AC to the heater, activating it.
  5. The controller maintains the temperature at 70°C using PID control.
  6. Once 70°C is reached, the 10-minute timer begins.
  7. After 10 minutes, the alarm sounds.

4.3 Stel parameters

Detailed instructions for setting temperature, time, and operating mode are typically found in the included English operation manual. Refer to the physical manual for specific button functions and menu navigation.

5. Onderhoud

  • Keep the unit clean and free from dust and moisture.
  • Regularly check wiring connections for tightness and signs of wear.
  • Verseker voldoende ventilasie rondom die eenheid om oorverhitting te voorkom.
  • Do not expose the unit to corrosive gases or liquids.
  • For cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

6. Probleemoplossing

ProbleemMoontlike oorsaakOplossing
Geen kragIncorrect power wiring; Power supply issue; Blown fuse.Check 100-240VAC input connections. Verify power source. Replace fuse if necessary.
Onakkurate temperatuurlesingIncorrect thermocouple type; Faulty thermocouple; Incorrect thermocouple wiring polarity.Ensure correct K, E, J, or N type thermocouple is used. Check thermocouple for damage. Verify polarity of thermocouple connections.
Heater Not ActivatingIncorrect output wiring; Faulty SSR (if used); Heater malfunction; Temperature setpoint not reached (Mode 2).Check 220VAC output or SSR connections. Test SSR and heater independently. Verify operating mode and setpoint.
Timer funksioneer nieIncorrect mode selection; Timer set to 0.Verify operating mode (Mode 1 or Mode 2). Ensure timer value is set correctly.
