6. Onderhoud

6.1 filterstelsel
The unit features a multi-stage filtrasiestelsel:
- Fine Mesh Pre-filter: Captures larger particles like dust and pet hair.
- Activated Carbon Deodorizing Filter: Absorbs odors, VOCs, and other common household smells.
- HEPA -filter: Captures 99.97% of 0.3-micron particles, including viruses, bacteria, mold, pollen, and dander.

6.2 Filter Skoonmaak en Vervanging
- Voorfilter: Clean regularly by lightly vacuuming or rinsing with water. Ensure it is completely dry before reinserting.
- HEPA and Activated Carbon Filters: These filters are not washable. Lightly vacuum the exterior to remove surface dust. Do not use a powerful vacuum directly on the filter material. Replace these filters approximately every 2 years, depending on usage and environmental conditions. Always wear a mask when handling used filters, especially the HEPA filter, as it contains trapped microscopic particles.
