2.1 LED Strip Preparation

1. Cutting the LED Strip: The WS2814 LED strip is cuttable every 3 LEDs. Locate the designated cut marks on the strip. Use sharp scissors to cut only at these marks to avoid damaging the circuit.
2. Connecting Power and Controller: Connect the LED strip to a compatible DC12V power supply and an addressable LED controller (both sold separately). Ensure correct polarity (DC12V, GND, Data In, Data Out) to prevent damage. The WS2814 IC controls groups of 3 LEDs.

2.2 Aluminum Channel Installation

The aluminum channels provide a clean, diffused look and aid in heat dissipation, extending the lifespan of the LED strip.

1. Montageklemme: Determine the desired location for your LED lighting. Secure the metal mounting clips to the surface using the provided screws for wood, or screws with expansion tubes for concrete/gypsum walls. Space clips evenly along the length of the channel.

3. Attach Channel: Snap the aluminum channel into the secured mounting clips.
4. Install Cover and End Caps: Slide the black plastic LED cover onto the channel. Attach the end caps to both ends of the channel to complete the installation and protect the strip from dust.

2.3 Double-Sided Mounting Tape Application

The included double-sided tape is suitable for mounting the LED strip directly or for securing other items.

2. Apply Tape: Cut the desired length of tape. Apply one side of the tape firmly to the back of the LED strip or the surface where it will be mounted.
3. Mount Item: Peel off the protective film from the other side of the tape and press the LED strip or item firmly onto the prepared surface for at least 30 seconds.

The WS2814 IC RGBWW LED strip requires an external addressable LED controller (not included) to operate. This controller will allow you to select various lighting modes and colors.

• Pure White (dedicated LED): Approximately 0.1W per LED (more energy-efficient than mixed white).

It is recommended to use a DC12V 10A (120W) power supply for optimal performance of the 65.6FT strip.
