The clock's display is divided into sections for easy readability:
- Tyd: Large digits for hours and minutes.
- Datum: Displays month and day.
- Temperatuur: Shows the ambient temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit.

The back of the clock features control buttons and mounting options:
- '+' Knoppie: Word gebruik om waardes tydens instelling te verhoog.
- '-' Knoppie: Word gebruik om waardes tydens instelling te verlaag.
- Gear Icon (Set Key): Word gebruik om instellingsmodus te betree en keuses te bevestig.

5. Opstelling
5.1 Kragtoevoer
The clock can be powered by two methods:
- Batterykrag: Open the battery compartment on the back of the clock. Insert 2 x 1.5V AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -). Close the compartment.
- USB External Power: Connect the provided USB cable to the USB port on the back of the clock and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a USB port.
Note: The USB cable can power the clock directly. It does not charge batteries. If using batteries, ensure they are fresh for optimal performance.
5.2 Aanvanklike instellings (tyd, datum, temperatuureenheid)
After powering on, the clock will display default settings. Follow these steps to set the correct time, date, and preferred temperature unit:
- Druk en hou die Gear Icon (Set Key) button on the back of the clock for approximately 3 seconds to enter setting mode. The display will start flashing.
- Gebruik die '+' en '-' buttons to adjust the flashing value (e.g., hour).
- Druk die Gear Icon (Set Key) button again to confirm the current setting and move to the next setting item (e.g., minute, year, month, day, 12/24 hour format, temperature unit °C/°F).
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 until all desired settings are configured.
- Once all settings are complete, the clock will exit setting mode automatically after a few seconds of inactivity, or you can press the Gear Icon (Set Key) one last time to save and exit.
6. Bedryfsinstruksies
6.1 Changing 12/24 Hour Format
In normal time display mode, briefly press the '+' knoppie om te wissel tussen 12-uur (met AM/PM-aanwyser) en 24-uur-formate.
6.2 Changing Temperature Unit (°C/°F)
In normal time display mode, briefly press the '-' knoppie om die temperatuurvertoning tussen Celsius (°C) en Fahrenheit (°F) te wissel.
7. Plasingsopsies
The JoFomp LCD Digital Wall Clock offers flexible placement to suit your needs:

- Muurmontering: Use the two hanging holes on the back of the clock to securely mount it on a wall using appropriate fasteners (screws, nails, not included).
- Werkskermplasing: Pull out the retractable desk stand located in the battery compartment on the back of the clock. Place the clock on any flat surface.
8. Onderhoud

- Battery vervanging: When the display dims or functions become erratic, replace the AAA batteries. Ensure both batteries are replaced simultaneously with new ones.
