Bathtub Compatibility

Before installation, verify that your bathtub meets the following requirements:

  • The outer rim of your bathtub must be at least 2 inches (5 cm) wide.
  • The rim must be smooth (90° angle) and at least 4.5 inches (11.5 cm) deep to allow the clamp to fit correctly.

Opstelling en installasie

The PEPE Mobility Bathtub Safety Rail is designed for easy, tool-free installation.

  1. Monteer die handvatsel: Insert the U-shaped handle into the base unit. Ensure the holes align.
  2. Bevestig die handvatsel: Insert the locking pins through the aligned holes to secure the handle to the base.
  3. Verstel hoogte (opsioneel): The handle height can be adjusted from 14.5 to 16.7 inches (37 to 42.5 cm). Press the spring pins and slide the handle up or down to your desired height. Ensure both sides are adjusted equally and the pins snap securely into place.
  4. Position on Bathtub: Place the assembled safety rail onto the edge of your bathtub. Ensure the non-slip pads are in contact with the tub surface.
  5. Draai Clamp: Turn the large white knob to tighten the clamp mechanism against the bathtub wall. Continue tightening until the rail is firmly secured and does not move.
  6. Verifieer stabiliteit: Before first use, gently test the stability of the installed rail by applying downward pressure. It should not wobble or slide.

Once securely installed, the PEPE Mobility Bathtub Safety Rail provides a stable handhold for entering and exiting the bathtub.

  • Approach the bathtub facing the safety rail.
