Opstelling
Stel die tyd in
- Pull the crown out to the second click position. The small second hand will stop.
- Turn the crown to set the hour and minute hands. Ensure the AM/PM is correctly set (the date changes at midnight).

Chronograph Hand Position Adjustment
If the chronograph hands are not at the 0 position when reset, they can be adjusted:

- Press pusher A (top pusher) to adjust the chronograph 1/5 second hand.
- Press pusher B (bottom pusher) to adjust the chronograph minute hand.
- Once all chronograph hands are aligned to the 0 position, push the crown back into the normal position.

The chronograph measures elapsed time up to 60 minutes in 1/5 second increments.
- Begin/Stop: Press pusher A to start the chronograph. Press pusher A again to stop it.
- Herstel: While the chronograph is stopped, press pusher B to reset all chronograph hands to the 0 position.
- Splittyd: To measure split times, press pusher B during a measurement. The chronograph hands will stop to indicate the split time. Press pusher B again to resume measurement.

Waterweerstand
Your SEIKO Coutura SSB435 watch is water resistant to 100 meters (10 bar). This means it is suitable for everyday use, swimming, and snorkeling. It is nie geskik vir skubaduik.

- Do not operate the crown or pushers while the watch is wet or submerged in water.
