• Platkop: Suitable for all body parts, especially for relaxation and shaping.
• Kogelkop: For deep tissue and trigger point massage, targeting specific knots.

5. Opstelling

1. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the massager gun.

2. To attach a head, gently push the desired massage head into the opening at the front of the massager gun until it is securely seated.
3. To remove a head, firmly pull the massage head straight out from the opening.

6.3 Gebruiksriglyne

• Select the appropriate massage head for the target muscle group.
• Start with the lowest speed setting and gradually increase to a comfortable intensity.
• Gently glide the massager over the desired muscle area. Do not apply excessive pressure.
• Move the massager continuously; avoid holding it in one spot for too long.
• Recommended usage time per muscle group is 30-60 seconds. The device has an automatic 15-minute shut-off feature.
• Use for arms, neck, shoulders, legs, and back. Avoid sensitive areas and joints.
