The SINOTIMER TM619 is a versatile digital LCD power timer switch designed for automatically controlling various electrical equipment. It allows for precise scheduling of ON/OFF cycles over a 7-day period. This device is ideal for applications such as controlling streetlights, neon signs, lamps, water heaters, air conditioners, billboards, electric cookers, boosters, sprayers, bottlers, preheaters, agriculture facilities, and broadcasting equipment.

Equipped with a built-in battery, the TM619 retains programmed settings even during power failures. Its design incorporates a low-consumption, high-accuracy CMOS chip, ensuring strong anti-jamming capabilities and reliable performance. The TM619 timer switch features 5 terminals for connection. Refer to the diagram on the back of the unit and Figure 2 for proper wiring. Ensure all connections are secure and comply with local electrical codes.

• Terminale 1 en 2: Power Input (24VDC). These terminals supply power to the timer itself. Ensure a continuous 24VDC supply to keep the timer operational and maintain its internal clock and programs.
• Terminals 3, 4, 5: Switching Contact (Output). This is a single changeover switch (SPDT - Single Pole Double Throw) with 1 Normally Open (NO) and 1 Normally Closed (NC) contact.

The output contacts are rated for 16A at 250VAC (50/60Hz) for resistive loads, and 1HP at 125VAC, 2HP at 250VAC for inductive loads. For DC loads, it supports 20A at 30VDC.

4.2 Montering

The TM619 is designed for panel mounting. It features mounting holes on its casing for secure attachment to a control panel or enclosure. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit to prevent overheating.

5.1 Instelling van Huidige Tyd en Dag

5.2 Programmering van AAN/AF Tye

The TM619 allows for up to 16 ON/OFF programs. Each program consists of an ON time and an OFF time.

5.3 Handmatige oorheersing

• Druk HANDLEIDING repeatedly to cycle through the modes:
  • OP: Output is continuously ON, ignoring programs.
  • VOERTUIG: Timer operates according to programmed settings.
  • AF: Output is continuously OFF, ignoring programs.
• When in AUTO mode, the timer will automatically switch between ON and OFF based on your programs.

To clear all settings and reset the timer to its factory defaults, locate the small reset button (often recessed) on the front of the unit. Use a pointed object (like a pen tip) to press this button. This will clear all programmed times and reset the clock.
