The PETLIBRO Automatic Cat Feeder is a Wi-Fi enabled food dispenser designed to provide convenient and consistent feeding for your pets. It features programmable meal times and portion sizes, an interactive voice recorder, and dual power options to ensure your pet is fed even during power outages. The feeder is built with user-friendly controls and easy-to-clean components for a hygienic feeding experience.

2.2 Aandryf van die Voerder
The PETLIBRO feeder supports dual power modes for reliable operation:
Kragadapter: Connect the included power adapter to the feeder and a wall outlet. This is the primary power source.
Battery-rugsteun: For uninterrupted feeding during power outages, install 3 D-size batteries (not included) in the battery compartment at the bottom of the feeder. It is recommended to use both power sources.

2.3 App-installasie en Wi-Fi-verbinding
To utilize the smart features, download the PETLIBRO app on your smartphone (Android or iOS). The feeder supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks only. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your feeder to your home Wi-Fi network.

3.1 Setting Up Feeding Schedules
Use the PETLIBRO app to set up automated feeding schedules. You can customize the number of meals per day (up to 4) and the portion size for each meal. This ensures your pet receives consistent nutrition even when you're away.

3.2 Interactive Voice Recorder
Record a 10-second personalized voice message through the app. This message will play automatically during meal times, helping your pet feel more comfortable and encouraging them to eat. This feature can reduce anxiety for pets when their owners are not physically present.

3.3 Handvoeding
For additional feedings outside of the schedule, you can manually dispense food using the "FEED" button on the feeder's LCD screen or through the app. The amount dispensed per manual feed can be pre-set in the app.

The food tank and stainless steel tray are detachable for easy cleaning. This ensures a hygienic feeding environment and helps prevent issues like chin acne in pets. The 8° tilt design also helps prevent food accumulation at the outlet.
Remove the stainless steel tray and wash it with soap and water.
Detach the food tank and clean it thoroughly.
Belangrik: Do not wash the main base unit of the feeder. Wipe it clean with a damp lap.

4.2 Vervanging van Droogmiddelsakkie
The feeder includes a desiccant bag located in the lid to keep the dry food fresh and prevent moisture absorption. It is recommended to replace the desiccant bag every half month for optimal food freshness. Replacement desiccant bags can be found by searching "B08NVBYQHV".

5. Probleemoplossing
If you encounter issues with your PETLIBRO Automatic Pet Feeder, consider the following common solutions:
Feeder Offline/App Connectivity Issues:
Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. The feeder does not support 5GHz networks.
Check your Wi-Fi signal strength near the feeder.
Restart the feeder and your Wi-Fi router.
Verify the app is updated to the latest version.
Food Not Dispensing or Getting Stuck:
Ensure the food tank is not overfilled.
Check that the kibble size is between 2-10mm in diameter. Larger kibble may cause blockages.
Clean the food outlet and internal mechanism to remove any residue or stuck kibble.
Verify the food tank is properly seated and the lid is securely locked.
Scheduled Feedings Not Occurring:
Confirm the feeding schedule is correctly set in the app, including days, times, and portions.
Check the feeder's power source. If relying on batteries, ensure they are fresh.
Verify the feeder is connected to Wi-Fi and the app shows it as online.
Pet Accessing Food Outside of Schedule:
Ensure the double-sided lid lock is properly engaged to prevent pets from opening the food tank.
