This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Sharp Digital Alarm Clock with AccuSet. Designed for ease of use, this clock automatically sets the time, making it ideal for all users.

Opstelling

1. Initial Power-Up and Time Zone Selection

1. Locate the time zone switch on the bottom of the clock.
2. Select your desired time zone (e.g., EST for Eastern Standard Time). The default is Eastern Standard Time.
3. Plug the clock into an approved electrical source. The AccuSet feature will automatically set the correct time.

2. Daylight Savings Time (DST) Adjustment

To adjust for Daylight Savings Time:

• Slide the DST switch on the bottom of the clock to ON to add one hour (+1 hr).
• For Standard Time, slide the switch to AF to subtract one hour (-1 hr).

3. Battery-rugsteun

The clock comes with a pre-installed CR2032 button cell battery. This battery retains time settings during power outages. It is located in a screw-secured compartment at the bottom of the clock.

1. Stel die alarm in

1. Druk die ALARMSTEL button once. The alarm time will flash on the display.
2. Druk die UUR STEL button to adjust the alarm hour. Observe the PM indicator for correct AM/PM setting.

2. Turning Alarm On/Off

• To turn the alarm ON, druk die ALARM AAN / AF button. The alarm indicator light on the display will illuminate.
• To turn the alarm AF, druk die ALARM AAN / AF button again. The alarm indicator light will turn off.

3. Sluimerfunksie

Wanneer die alarm afgaan, druk die groot knoppie SLUIMER knoppie bo-op die horlosie. Die alarm sal tydelik stop en weer na ongeveer 9 minute afgaan.

4. Dimmerbeheer

Onderhoud

Battery Replacement (CR2032)

The pre-installed CR2032 battery is designed to last for several years. If the clock loses time during a power outage, the battery may need replacement.

1. Unplug the clock from the electrical outlet.
2. Locate the screw-secured battery compartment on the bottom of the clock.
3. Unscrew the compartment cover and carefully remove the old CR2032 battery.
