5. Opstelling

1. Uitpak: Carefully remove the evaporative cooler and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Plasing: Place the unit on a firm, level surface in the desired room. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper airflow (at least 20 cm from walls or furniture).
3. Vul watertenk:
   • Locate the removable water tank at the bottom front of the unit.
   • Pull out the tank gently.
   • Fill the tank with clean, cool tap water. Do not exceed the "MAX" fill line.

6. Bedryfsinstruksies

The Cecotec EnergySilence 2000 Cool Tower Smart can be operated using either the touch control panel on top of the unit or the included remote control.

6.1. Control Panel / Remote Control Functions

• Ossillasieknoppie (↻): Activates or deactivates the 60-degree oscillation function, distributing air more widely.
• Timer-knoppie (⏱): Sets the auto-off timer in 1-hour increments, up to 8 hours. Each press adds 1 hour.
• Verkoeling/Bevogtigingsknoppie (💧): Activates or deactivates the evaporative cooling function (water pump).

6.2. Aanvanklike werking

1. Ensure the water tank is filled and the unit is plugged in.
2. Press the Power button to turn on the unit. The LED display will show the ambient temperature.
3. Press the Cooling/Humidification button to activate the evaporative cooling function.

5. Select a mode (Normal, Sleep, Eco) using the Mode button.
6. Activate oscillation if desired using the Oscillation button.
7. Set the timer if you want the unit to turn off automatically after a set period.

7. Onderhoud

  • Clean the filter with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris. If heavily soiled, rinse with water and mild detergent, then allow to dry completely before reinserting.
  • Clean the air filter every two weeks, or as needed.
