Peltor Sport RangeGuard

  1. Battery installasie: Locate the easy-access battery door on one of the earcups (refer to Figure 1). Open the door and insert two (2) AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery door securely.
  2. Paspas: Extend the headband sliders to their maximum length. Place the earmuffs over your ears, ensuring the earcups fully cover your ears and create a seal. Adjust the headband by sliding the earcups up or down until a snug and comfortable fit is achieved. The headband should rest over the top of your head.
  3. Oudio-invoer (opsioneel): If desired, connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, two-way radio) to the 3.5 mm audio input jack using the provided audio cable (refer to Figure 1).

3M Kids Hearing Protection

  1. Paspas: Gently pull the earcups downwards to extend the headband. Place the earmuffs over the child's ears, ensuring the earcups completely cover the ears. Adjust the headband by sliding the earcups up or down until a snug and comfortable fit is achieved. The headband should rest over the top of the child's head. Ensure no hair or clothing interferes with the seal around the ears.
  2. Vou vir berging: To fold the earmuffs for portability, gently push the earcups inwards towards the headband until they collapse (refer to Figure 3).

Operating Instructions (Peltor Sport RangeGuard)

  1. Krag aan/af en volumebeheer: Locate the single on/off/volume control knob on the right earcup (refer to Figure 1). Rotate the knob clockwise to turn the unit on and increase the volume. Rotate counter-clockwise to decrease the volume and turn the unit off.
  2. Klank Amplifikasie: When powered on, the RangeGuard will amplify low-level sounds, allowing for improved communication and awareness of your surroundings.
  3. Geraasvermindering: The electronic circuitry automatically suppresses sudden loud noises, such as gunshots, to a safe level, while still allowing you to hear ambient sounds.
  4. Eksterne oudio: If an external audio device is connected, its sound will be heard through the earmuffs. Adjust the volume on your external device as needed.

Onderhoud

  • Skoonmaak:
