• Microphone Mute Button Not Functioning: If the inline mute switch does not fully silence the microphone, utilize the mute function available within your game or operating system's audio settings.
• Headset Feels Too Tight: The adjustable headband can be extended for a looser fit. For persistent tightness, gently stretch the headband outwards to reduce clampkrag.
