4. Opstelling en installering
4.1 Battery installasie
The computer, wireless sensor, and remote control each require a CR2032 battery. Open the battery compartments using a coin or small screwdriver, insert the batteries with the positive (+) side facing up, and securely close the covers.
4.2 Computer Mounting
- Fasten the computer mount onto your bicycle's handlebar using the provided ties. Ensure it is securely positioned and does not obstruct steering.
- Slide the bicycle computer onto the mount until it clicks into place.
4.3 Speed Sensor and Wheel Magnet Installation
Proper placement of the speed sensor (part of the wireless sensor) and wheel magnet is crucial for accurate speed and distance readings.
- Tie the wireless sensor onto the front fork of your bicycle.
- Attach the wheel magnet to a spoke on the front wheel.
- Adjust the magnet and sensor so that the magnet passes the sensor's marked area (usually indicated by an arrow or line) with a gap of minder as 1.5 mm. The wireless induction distance should be less than 600mm between the sensor and the computer.
- Ensure the magnet's flat face is parallel to the sensor.
4.4 Cadence Sensor and Crank Magnet Installation (Optional)
If your package includes a separate crank magnet for cadence measurement, attach the crank magnet to the crank arm. Position the cadence sensing part of the speed cadence sensor (wireless sensor) on the chainstay. Ensure the crank magnet passes the designated area on the sensor with a gap of less than 1.5 mm. Refer to the specific instructions in the included manual for detailed cadence sensor placement.
