3. Opstelling

3.1 Kragverbinding

The JUNE-60 CHORUS pedal can be powered by a 9V battery or an external 9V DC power supply (not included). Ensure the power supply provides at least 100 mA. Connect the power supply to the 9V DC input jack on the rear of the pedal.

  • Batterykrag: To install a 9V battery, open the battery compartment on the bottom of the pedal. Connect the battery to the clip and place it inside the compartment.
  • Eksterne krag: Use a regulated 9V DC power supply with a center-negative plug, providing a minimum of 100 mA.

3.2 Oudioverbindings

Koppel jou instrument (bv. kitaar) aan die INPUT (MONO) jack using a standard 1/4-inch instrument cable. Connect the UITSET (MONO/STEREO) domkrag aan jou amplifier or the next pedal in your signal chain. For stereo operation, use a Y-cable or two separate cables from the output to two amplifiers or a stereo input device.

  • Mono-opstelling: Connect a single 1/4-inch cable from the OUTPUT jack to your amplewendiger.
  • Stereo-opstelling: The JUNE-60 CHORUS supports stereo output. Consult your amplifier or audio interface manual for proper stereo input connections.

4. Operasie

The JUNE-60 CHORUS pedal features a straightforward 2-button interface, replicating the classic chorus modes of its inspiration. The pedal is activated by the True Bypass footswitch.

4.1 Engaging the Effect

Druk die WARE VERWYP footswitch to toggle the effect on or off. When the effect is active, the LED indicator will illuminate.

4.2 Chorus Modes (Buttons I & II)

The two yellow buttons, labeled I en II, select different chorus modes. These buttons can be used individually or simultaneously to achieve distinct modulation characteristics.

  • Knoppie I: Engages Chorus Mode I, offering a specific modulation rate and depth.
  • Knoppie II: Engages Chorus Mode II, offering an alternative modulation rate and depth.
  • Buttons I & II (Simultaneously): Pressing both buttons together activates a combined chorus mode, often resulting in a richer, more complex modulation. Experiment with these combinations to find your desired sound.

4.3 Mono/Stereo Switch

A small switch labeled MONO / STEREO is located near the chorus mode buttons. This switch determines the output configuration of the pedal.

  • BOL: Vir enkellopende ampverligter opstellings.
  • STEREO: For dual amplifier or stereo input setups, providing a wider, more immersive chorus effect.

5. Onderhoud

5.1 Skoonmaak

Clean the pedal's exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the finish or internal components.

5.2 Batteryvervanging

If using battery power, replace the 9V battery when the effect LED dims or the pedal's performance degrades. To replace, open the battery compartment on the bottom of the unit, disconnect the old battery, and connect a new one, ensuring correct polarity.

5.3 Berging

When not in use for extended periods, disconnect the power supply and remove the battery to prevent leakage. Store the pedal in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

6. Probleemoplossing

Probleem Moontlike oorsaak Oplossing
Geen geluid wanneer die pedaal ingetrap word nie. No power, incorrect cable connection, faulty cable.
  • Check power supply connection and ensure it meets 9V DC, 100mA specifications.
  • Replace battery if using battery power.
  • Verifieer dat alle oudiokabels stewig gekoppel is.
  • Test cables with another device to ensure they are not faulty.
Swak of verwronge klank. Low battery, incorrect input level from instrument.
  • Replace battery or use external power supply.
  • Ensure instrument output level is appropriate for pedal input.
Chorus effect is not noticeable. Incorrect chorus mode selected, subtle setting.
  • Experiment with pressing Button I, Button II, or both simultaneously.
  • Ensure the MONO/STEREO switch is set correctly for your setup.
Pedal does not power on with adapter. Insufficient current from power adapter.
  • Verify your power adapter provides at least 100 mA at 9V DC. Some adapters may provide 9V but insufficient current.
