3. Opstelling

Follow these steps to set up your Dynascan P-72 for initial operation.

Connect the coiled cable of the handheld speaker microphone to the dedicated jack on the side of the transceiver unit. Ensure the connector is fully inserted to establish a secure connection.

Connect the other end of the power cable to a stable 13.8 VDC power source capable of supplying sufficient current (e.g., a regulated power supply or vehicle battery). Connect a suitable 50 Ohm dual-band antenna (VHF/UHF) to the antenna connector on the rear of the transceiver. Ensure the connection is tight and secure. Never transmit without an antenna connected, as this can damage the transceiver.

4. Bedryfsinstruksies

4.1 Krag aan/af

The P-72 supports 255 memory channels for storing frequently used frequencies and settings.

4.5 Transmissie (PTT)
