1. Inleiding
Thank you for choosing the Einhell TC-LD 25 Laser Distance Meter. This device is designed for quick and accurate measurement of distances up to 25 meters. 2. Veiligheidsinligting
Hierdie toestel gebruik 'n Klas II-laser. Neem die volgende veiligheidsmaatreëls in ag:

Komponente:
- Laserdiafragma: Streel die laserstraal uit vir meting.
- Vertoon skerm: Shows measurement results, mode, and battery status.
- Measurement Button (ON/MEAS): Skakel die toestel aan en begin metings.
- Function/Unit Button (FUNC/UNIT): Cycles through measurement modes and changes units.

- Battery kompartement: Located at the back for AAA batteries.
4. Opstelling
4.1 Battery installasie
The Einhell TC-LD 25 requires two (2) AAA alkaline batteries (not included).
- Maak die batteryklep aan die agterkant van die toestel oop (verwys na Figuur 3).
- Plaas twee AAA-batterye in en maak seker dat die polariteit (+/-) korrek is.
- Maak die batterykompartement se deksel stewig toe.

5. Bedryfsinstruksies
5.1 Skakel aan/af
- Om aan te sit: Druk die AAN/MEET knoppie. Die laser sal aktiveer.
- Om af te sit: Druk en hou die C/AF button for a few seconds. The device also features an automatic shutdown function after 3 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery life.
5.2 Basiese Afstandsmeting
- Skakel die toestel aan.
- Point the laser beam at the target.
- Druk die AAN/MEET button once. The measured distance will be displayed on the screen.
5.3 Deurlopende meting (min/maks)
This mode allows you to track the minimum and maximum distances as you move the device.
- Druk die FUNC/UNIT button until the continuous measurement icon (often a running person or min/max symbols) appears on the display.
- Beweeg die toestel stadig na of weg van die teiken. Die skerm sal die huidige, minimum en maksimum afstande voortdurend opdateer.
- Druk AAN/MEET to stop continuous measurement and view the final minimum and maximum values.

5.4 Verandering van Verwysingspunt
The device can measure from its front edge or its rear edge. The default is usually the rear edge.
- Druk die Verwysingspunt button to toggle between front and rear measurement. An icon on the display will indicate the active reference point.

5.5 Verandering van eenhede
The device primarily uses metric units (meters).
- Druk die FUNC/UNIT button repeatedly to cycle through available units (e.g., m, ft, in).
6. Onderhoud
- Maak die toestel skoon met 'n sagte, damp lap. Moenie skuur skoonmaakmiddels of oplosmiddels gebruik nie.
- Kontroleer die batterykompartement gereeld vir korrosie. Verwyder batterye as die toestel nie vir 'n lang tydperk gebruik gaan word nie.
- Store the device in its included pouch in a dry, dust-free environment.
