Physical Features and Components

Follow these steps to set up your Mitel Aastra 6869i telephone.

To access your voicemail, press the dedicated Stempos button. Follow the audio prompts to listen to messages, change greetings, or adjust settings.

Gids/Kontakte

Access your phone's directory by pressing the Gids soft key or a dedicated button (if configured). Use the navigation cluster to scroll through contacts and press the Skakel soft key to initiate a call.

Volumebeheer

Adjust the volume during a call using the Volume op en Volume af buttons. When the phone is idle, these buttons control the ringer volume.
