1. Inleiding

2. Opstelling

2.1 Uitpak

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. The package should contain:

• LUPO Digital Pocket Scale
• Protective Cover/Tray

• 2 x AAA Batteries (may be pre-installed or included separately)

2.2 Battery installasie

The scale requires two AAA batteries for operation. Follow these steps to install or replace batteries:

For accurate readings, place the scale on a hard, flat, and stable surface. Avoid placing it on soft, uneven, or vibrating surfaces, as this can affect precision.

3. Bedryfsinstruksies

3.1 Krag aan/af

• To turn the scale ON, druk die [⑂] button. The LCD display will illuminate and show "88888" then "0.0g" (or the last used unit).
• To turn the scale AF, druk en hou die [⑂] button for a few seconds. The scale also features an automatic shut-off function after approximately 60 seconds of inactivity to conserve battery life.

3.2 Weighing Procedure

1. Ensure the scale is on a stable surface and powered on, displaying "0.0g".
2. Gently place the item to be weighed onto the center of the weighing platform.
3. Wait for the display to stabilize. The stable weight reading will be shown.

3.3 Eenheid Omskakeling

The scale supports multiple weighing units. To change the unit:

• Druk die [EENHEID] button repeatedly to cycle through the available units: gram (g), onse (ons), carats (ct), pennyweights (dwt), en grains (gn).
• The selected unit will be displayed on the LCD screen.

3.4 Tarrafunksie

The tare function allows you to subtract the weight of a container, so you can measure only the net weight of its contents.

1. Place an empty container on the weighing platform.
2. Druk die [TARE] knoppie. Die skerm sal na "0.0g" herstel word.
3. Add the items you wish to weigh into the container. The display will show only the weight of the items.
4. To clear the tare, remove all items and the container from the platform, then press [TARE] again if the display does not return to zero automatically.

3.5 Counting Function (PCS)

The counting function allows you to count a large number of small, identical items.

1. Turn the scale on and ensure it displays "0.0g".
